Purchased Materials are digital files (PDF). Refunds are not available.

2. Exceptions

Technical payment errors (double debit, incorrect amount) are considered at the user's request based on the payment provider's data.

3. Confirmation of consent

By making a purchase, the user confirms their consent to immediate access to the digital file and acknowledges the lack of a right to a refund.
